1. Who we are

This policy explains how Legend Football Manager, developed by Muhittin Kocaoğlu, processes personal data in the iOS and Android application and its related online services.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, authentication provider and identifier, username, country, team name and account identifiers.
• Game data: club, squad, match, league, finance, transfer, academy, task, social and progression records needed to operate the game.
• Purchase data: product identifiers, transaction references and entitlement status. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google and are not received by us.
• Technical and safety data: app version, platform, locale, session timing, IP-derived service logs, diagnostics and security events.
• Optional analytics: anonymous usage events are collected through Firebase Analytics only after you give consent in the app. With that consent, these events are also used to measure the performance of our Google Ads campaigns (Google consent signals ad_storage and ad_user_data). Ad personalization stays off, so this data is not used for personalized ads or remarketing. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.
• Advertising data: where ads are available, Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process device or advertising information according to your choices and applicable law.

3. Why we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, run the persistent game world, deliver matches and purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, diagnose failures, comply with legal duties and—with consent—understand aggregate product usage. With the same consent, we also use these analytics events to measure the performance of our Google Ads campaigns, not for personalized ads or remarketing.

4. Service providers and transfers

We use providers such as Google Firebase for authentication, messaging and consented analytics; Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases; and infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, monitoring and security. With consent, Firebase Analytics events are also used in Google Ads to measure our campaigns, without ad personalization or remarketing. These providers process data under their own terms and appropriate contractual safeguards. Data may be processed outside your country where legally permitted.

5. Retention

Optional AI anthem generation: A separate permission explains that anthem titles, lyrics and language are sent to OpenAI for content safety checks, and lyrics and style to ElevenLabs to generate music. Declining prevents generation and its charge. You can withdraw future sharing permissions in Settings. Submitted generation requests may already be processing; withdrawing permission does not undo data already sent. Provider processing follows the OpenAI privacy policy and ElevenLabs privacy policy.

Optional AI conversations and tactical instructions: Only after you allow sharing, conversation text, choices, tactical instructions and relevant game context (including club/team names, squad and match information) are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. We do not send your password or payment details. This data may be processed outside your country. We request that generated responses are not stored by the provider for application retrieval; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply under OpenAI's privacy policy. AI answers can be inaccurate. Declining does not affect other game features and no AI fee is charged. You can withdraw permission in Settings before further AI requests; withdrawal does not undo data already sent.

Account and game records are kept while your account is active. Security logs and transaction records may be retained for limited periods where needed for fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

6. Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account inside the app at Settings → General Settings → Account → Delete my account. The app first requires you to type the displayed deletion phrase and then asks for a separate final confirmation. The deletion removes the authentication account and its sign-in data. The former club becomes an unowned bot club under a newly generated name; its players are regenerated and its finances, trophies, missions and owner-specific progress are reset. This action cannot be undone.

7. Your choices and rights

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account to prevent future charges; immediate account deletion remains available. For accounts linked to Sign in with Apple, deletion includes revoking Apple's authorization after reauthentication.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to a data protection authority. You can change analytics and advertising privacy choices in the app. Contact us to exercise a right that is not available directly in Settings.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. If you believe a child supplied personal data without valid consent, contact us.

9. Security and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will publish the revised date here.
